Future Relics

This project reimagines the classic cassette player through a modern lens, blending 90s nostalgia with a more contemporary industrial design. I wanted to capture the tactile joy of physical media, from chunky buttons to satisfying knobs, all housed within a clean, modern chassis. The piece was modelled in Plasticity and brought to life in Cinema 4D with Redshift, with original music and sound design created to support that analogue spirit.
