Silverdoor approached us to create a hand-crafted, whimsical animation for fritz-kola. One that would capture the brand’s unconventional spirit while telling the story of their rise to becoming one of Europe’s best-selling colas. Working within their iconic black-and-white palette, we combined halftone textures, playful transitions, and characterful animation to give the piece a tactile, underground edge. Every scene was designed to feel distinctly “fritz”: bold, irreverent, and buzzing with personality. We leaned into their outsider ethos, using lively motion and unexpected visual details to echo the brand’s rebellious roots and cult following. The final film blends charm with attitude, staying true to fritz-kola’s DIY heritage and we’re thrilled to say the client loved the result.
